Are you an official Volvo dealership?
No, and that is the point. We are an independent, family-run specialist working exclusively on Volvo since 2005. You get marque expertise and factory-schedule servicing at independent prices, with your choice of genuine, OEM or quality aftermarket parts.
Will independent servicing affect my Volvo's warranty?
In most markets, servicing performed to the manufacturer's schedule with appropriate parts does not void a new-car warranty, but service contracts sold by dealers can have their own terms. Send us your VIN and we will tell you honestly whether dealer or independent servicing makes more sense for your situation.
How do I book a service?
Everything runs through WhatsApp. Message Alam on +971 50 785 8188 with your model and what you need. For parts, message Amanullah on +971 56 124 2182. You will usually hear back within the hour during working hours.
What is the two-method repair system?
Every repair can be done one of two ways: you bring your own parts and pay labour only, or we source the parts and warranty parts and labour together. You pick per job. Most garages force one model; we have always offered both.
Do you deliver parts outside the UAE?
Yes, we ship new and used Volvo parts to all GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain, with tracking. UAE-stocked parts typically arrive within 2 to 5 working days.
Do you work on hybrid and electric Volvos?
Yes. B4, B5 and B6 mild hybrids, T8 plug-in hybrids, and the fully electric XC40 Recharge, C40, EX30 and EX90 are all serviced with the correct high-voltage procedures and tooling.
Can you collect my car?
Collection and return can be arranged across Dubai and Sharjah, and recovery for non-runners across the UAE. Ask on WhatsApp when booking.
Do you provide a service report?
Every car leaves with a written summary of work done, parts used with part numbers, and anything we recommend watching before the next visit, with photos where useful.
