Twenty years. One marque. One family.
We opened in 2005 with a simple bet: do one thing properly rather than everything adequately. The thing we chose was Volvo.
A specialist garage is a different animal from a general workshop. When every car on the lift wears the same badge, patterns emerge. You learn which XC90 air springs fail after their fourth Gulf summer, which Drive-E breather fault mimics a turbo problem, why a battery that passes a bench test still causes electrical chaos. That knowledge compounds year after year, and it is why our diagnoses are fast and our repairs stay fixed.
Being family-run shapes how we treat people, not just cars. There is no service advisor working on commission, no upsell script. The person quoting your repair is the person answerable for it, by name, on WhatsApp. Alam runs the workshop side; Amanullah runs parts. Between them, most questions get answered within the hour.
The parts operation grew out of necessity. Volvo parts in the Gulf could be slow and expensive, so we built our own supply lines: official channels for new and OEM parts, and a network of trusted dismantlers across Europe and the US for used ones. Today that network serves not just our workshop but Volvo owners in every GCC country, who order parts from us the way they would from a neighbour.
And the two-method system — bring your own parts, or have us source them — has been with us from the start. It began as a courtesy to a customer who had already bought his own brake discs. It stayed because it is simply fair.
